Diploma or equivalent chef training
3 years’ working experience with at least 1 year of experience running/managing a shift and pass,
in a 5* Boutique Hotel.
Commitment to advancing their career as a Chef – the successful candidate will be serious about their
career and not a clock-watcher but rather motivated by getting the job done to a consistently high
standard regardless of the obstacles

Managing of kitchen, functions and service in absence of Exec Chef & Sous Chef as per Hotel's standards

Overall supervision of staff; communication regarding any issues, training, equipment needed and
upcoming functions
Running of service and plating of food as per kitchen standards
All hygiene aspects as set out for staff; supervision and checking that all tasks are completed
