Senior Chef de Partie Job – Constantia – Award winning Hotel

Our client, a breath taking award winning hotel is situated in the slopes of Table Mountain with the breath taking views of over 9.5 acres of beautifully manicured gardens.

Ideally situated as a central point form which guest can experience the diversity of activities of Cape Point, Robben Island and Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens to name a few.

They are currently looking for a Senior Chef de Partie, this an amazing opportunity to work under Cape Town’s only Relais & Chateau Grand Chef

As ideal candidate you will have

• Certificate/Diploma in Culinary arts
• Previous experience in a 5 star hotel kitchen or similar environment

Personal traits
• Be a team player
• Must be hard working and dedicated
• Must be prepared to work shifts
• Must be enthusiastic
• Must be able to work under pressure
• Own transport preferable

Salary Package

• R7 500 - 13 000, depending on experience
• Duty Meals
