AA20415 - A 4* Boutique Hotel situated in Centurion seeks a Senior Chef De Partie/Junior Sous Chef with a Professional Cookery Diploma being essential. Duties will include the following: Will assist the senior chef with Menu Planning, Stock Ordering, Stock Control and Preparation of Meals for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Service. The property is also opening a coffee shop in due course and the chef will be responsible for the preparation of meals when this is open for this area. Previous experience within an upmarket establishment within a Chef de Partie position required.The candidate must have the following skills: Must be very strong practically in food preparation of a Fine Dining Plated Standard. Excellent Attention to detail. Passionate about quality cuisine. Able to use own initiative and assist with Shift Duty Management when Required. Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills. Well presented. Neat working habits.
