Leading 5* Hotel, situated in the Southern Suburbs, is seeking a hands on Senior Chef de Partie – Pastry who is creative, dedicated and passionate about the culinary industry.
As a self-starter you are highly flexible with regards to shifts and have a proactive and confident approach with the ability to work well under pressure.

To be considered you have:
• Creative and passionate about food
• At least 2 years Chef de Partie experience in an upmarket kitchen required
• Pastry experience essential
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and / or public holidays.

Ideally you reside in the Southern Suburbs and a culinary qualification is preferable.

With excellent communication skills, a dedicated manner and the proven ability to cope well under pressure and multi-task the successful incumbent will have a good sense of urgency
