Up-market and exclusive Wine Estate offering a formal, fine dining restaurant and a high volume, country-style restaurant catering for up to 450 guests per day. Situated on a 200 hectare private farm, this hotel and restaurant takes guests back to the 18th century Cape colonies with all the elegance and natural beauty that the age had to offer. This award-winning establishment is looking for a Senior Chef de Partie to provide relief for their dedicated culinary team.

The Senior Chef de Partie will provide relief in both of the restaurant kitchens, in a Tournant role, as well as assist with functions at the Estate. The position will involve moving from one kitchen to another and requires flexibility, creativity and energy. A minimum of 2 years culinary experience in similar fine dining establishments is essential, as are a driver’s license and vehicle. This up-market estate is looking for a passionate and eager chef who is comfortable working hospitality hours, able to cope under pressure and is up to date on the latest culinary trends.
