Senior Chef de Partie (Pastry)
Established Hotel Group is currently seeking to employ an experienced, hands-on Chef de Partie who is passionate about the Industry.

Requirements:
• Grade 12 / Matric
• Culinary qualification - preferable
• Pastry experience - essential
• 2 -3 years relevant experience in an upmarket kitchen
• Must be creative and passionate about food
• Excellent communication skills
• Dedicated and hardworking personality
• Able to multi task between sectors
• Flexible on work hours & good sense of urgency
