Core Purpose:
The Durban office requires an Engineer / Project Manager for the design of water treatment works and large diameter pipelines.

Minimum Requirements
? BSc Civil Engineering: Civil (Water)
? Professional registration with ECSA (Pr.Eng) is essential
? Minimum of 10 years relevant experience, preferably in water related projects
? Sound project management experience
Key Responsibility Areas
The responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:
? Take responsibility to deliver projects through the full project cycle
? Inception, preliminary design, detailed design
? Contract documentation, tendering process, reporting on tenders
? Construction administration
? Commissioning, handover
? Finalization and closing out of projects
? Engineering and project management of mainly water treatment works, wastewater treatment works, bulk infrastructure, pipelines and pump stations
Coaching and mentoring of junior technical staff
Depending on South African permanent residency status, the position can be offered on permanent or contract basis
