? The above-mentioned position is within the Call Centre department.
? Location Gauteng Area, Pretoria
? Specification - Attend to daily calls on all policy related enquiries.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

? Contact clients regarding cancellations, surrenders and/or lapses with the aim of retaining such policies.
? Meeting targets as set by management in terms of policy and client growth.
? Execute all work related additional tasks to meet the demands in a changing environment.
? Compiling daily, weekly and monthly statistical reports

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION:

? Grade 12.
? Certificate of Proficiency in Insurance (COP) will be an advantage.
? 30 FAIS credits.
? RE5
? 3 Years administrative experience in short and long term Insurance environment.
? Product knowledge will be an advantage.
? Experience in handling written and verbal correspondence

SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION:

? Excellent communication skills.
? Computer literacy (MS Office, Excel and E-mail).
? Client service orientated.
? Ability to fit in and function in a team.
? Mathematical skills.
? Ability to work independently and show initiative.
? Ability to work under pressure and still be effective.
? Negotiation skills.
? Upselling (of benefits) in order to retain policies.
? Must be able to work long hours including weekends
