Requirements

• Grade 12
• A+ and/or N+ and/or MCSE or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Previous references
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Must speak Afrikaans and English fluently
• At least 2 years relevant experience

Duties

• Remote, Telephonic and onsite support
• Maintenance and troubleshooting of Desktops, Laptops, Networks, Routers, Firewalls, Switches, Printers, Backups, Antivirus, Servers, Internet and Email
• Network and Cabling
