One of the national leading civil engineering companies that specialise in large-scale projects in infrastructure and has been successfully operating for over 25 Years, seeks to employ a Senior Contracts Manager to be based in Cape Town on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be joining the Structures and Roads Division and they must have extensive experience working with CIDB grading 9CE civil contractors.
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
Must have a B.Tech Civil Engineering degree
Must be professionally registered with the SACPCMP as a Professional Construction Manager (Pr.CM) or Professional Technologist (Pr.Tech) with ECSA
Must have 5 – 8 years’ experience working as a Contracts Manager with CIDB grading 9CE civil contractors.
Must have extensive experience working on structures, roads and earthworks
Must have extensive experience as well as knowledge using Microsoft Project and CCS software
Must have experience in contractual claims
