Senior Conveyancing Paralegal - (Monday to Friday only)
Cape Town law firm requires the services of a Senior Conveyancing Paralegal on a permanent basis.
Salary negotiable, depending on experience.

Requirements:
1. Must have excellent communication skills
2. Must enjoy interaction with the public as well as fellow staff members
3. Must be able to work independently
4. Must have knowledge of Ghost convey and have good technical drafting abilities
5. Good organisational skills
6. Have a professional appearance
7. Must have at least 5 to 7 years experience in the registration of transfers
