Senior Credit Controller

We currently have a vacancy for the above position at our premises in Thornton, Cape Town, and wish to invite suitably qualified applicants to submit their details for our consideration.

Rotolabel is part of the BIDVEST Group of companies and print high quality, multi-coloured labels for the retail, personal care and wine industries.
We seek to appoint an experienced credit controller to oversee and monitor the credit controller/debtors team within the department.
The incumbent, reporting to the Financial Accountant, will work closely with his/her team to manage the set-up and assessment of new accounts as well as the monitoring and collection of existing accounts.

KEY RESULT AREAS
• Preparing reports for customers, management and Head Office
• Full credit control function
• Account reconciliations
• Allocation and capturing of payments
• Follow-up of overdue payments
• Complete month end function
• Liaise with Sales Representative
• Assist with the identification, follow-up and resolving of customer queries
• Maintenance of AR data
• Conduct weekly meetings with management and customers

PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum NQF Level 4 – (Grade 12)
• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in a credit control / financial environment
• Experience in commercial / business credit preferable.
• A diploma in Credit management would be advantageous
