JOB SPEC SENIOR CREDIT CONTROLLER
Key Performance Areas
• Reconciling of accounts
• Capture customer payments on Syspro
• Opening & Maintaining of customer’s accounts in accordance with Company Policy
• Maintain and adhere to strict deadlines
• Handle queries received from internal and external customers
• Calling Customers
• Carry our general duties when required
• CGIC Declarations
• Preparation of Financial Credit & Refund documentation
Requirements
• Good computer and keyboard skills
• Above average communication & telephone skills
• Have good composure; be polite and professional , friendly, reliable & motivated
• Take initiative; be accurate with an eye for spotting errors
• Be able to work overtime when required

Advantageous:
• Good knowledge of Syspro 6.1 Compulsory
• 3-4 years experience in debtors collections & reconciliations
