Westvaal Motor Holdings, a dynamic motor dealership group in North West, Free State, Mpumalanga, Western Cape & Limpopo as well as Gauteng, requires a suitable candidate for the position of Senior Creditors clerk situated in Nelspruit.

Duties / Responsibilities:
Accurately capturing of invoices in the accounting system in order to effect payment on time and accurately to Creditors;
Maintaining the floorplan of various dealerships;
Payment of invoices;
Accurately prepare monthly reconciliations;
Ensure that all policies and procedures are adhered to at all times;
General administration and filing;
Lead and motivate staff.

Qualifications and Experience:
Matric Certificate with Maths and Accounting as subjects
Bcom qualification relative to the position
Advanced Computer Literacy
MS Excel, MS Word and MS Outlook
Strong communication skills in English and Afrikaans
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar position

Ability to work productively in a high pressure environment
Manages time effectively and sets clearly defined objectives
