Senior Credit Controller / Debtors Supervisor / Assistant Manager – Logistics - Stellenbosch

Well established Logistics Company is looking for a Debtors Supervisor with at least 5 years’ experience.

Requirements:

Matric, Diploma or Degree will be an advantage
At least 5 years relevant Debtors experience – preferably in a similar logistics environment and some years at management level
Computer literacy – experienced in working on a transport operational system/ accounting system/ relevant customer ERP system, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook

Duties include the following, but not limited to:

Complete management of the debtors department
Ensure that all debtor’s invoicing, reconciliations, allocation of payments and other financial entries are accurate and up to date on all the systems
Accurate reporting of debtor figures to financial management team
Liaise with and assist clients with queries in a professional manner
Resolving queries from clients timeously
Collecting of monies as per Debtors Aged Trial Balance and ensuring that 90 and 120 day debtors are within company targets
Working as part of team to ensure the team meets strict deadlines
