Our Client is looking for a Senior Customer Service Representative, able to work in a shift environment (24/7/365). The role involves dealing with customers via the telephone, email and web chat. You must be confident, professional, neutral English accent and assertive when dealing with customers. Also dealing with queries in relation to gaming, fraud prevention, administration and banking. The candidate must be able to stay calm under pressure and be able to prioritize tasks in a busy environment. The candidate will also assist with updating administrative tasks; Adhoc duties.

Key Responsibilities:
• Responding to customer’s enquiries via support channels, emails, calls, web chat
• Fluent in English
• Good communication skills
• Assisting in detecting fraud
• Updating Registration and database information
• Assist Management with Adhoc Tasks
• Liaising with banks and third party suppliers of products
• Reporting - Pivot Tables etc

Key Requirements:
• Customer service experience
• Online Casino experience
• Strong Internet and Microsoft skills
• Matric/ Grade 12
• Certificates must be provided
• Clear ITC and Criminal Record Required
• Previous gaming experience a prerequisite
• Strong technical skills

Rotational Shifts – 5 days on;3 days off

Salary - R12K CTC
