Our client a leading contender in the financial loan environment is seeking candidates who pride themselves on providing excellent customer services. The ideal candidate will be pro-active and ambitious. If you meet the minimum criteria, this is the role for YOU!

Essential criteria:
• Matric and ITC Clear and Criminal Clear
• Minimum 3 years customer services experience Contact Centre within the UK Market (non-negotiable)
• Previous financial services experience would be an advantage
• Neutral and clear tone as you will be dealing with UK clientele
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Computer Literate
• Well-groomed/presentable
• Ability to work under pressure
• Highly articulate English language speaker
