KPI’s:

Voice calls
Email correspondence
Live chats (advantageous)
Excellent verbal and written skills
Excellent telephone etiquette
PC Literacy using MS Outlook, plus excellent keyboard skills

Requirements:

Matric (Maths advantageous)
MS Office proficiency
Typing skills – 40 WPM
3 Years call centre experience
Neutral accent
Flexibility to work different shifts (24/7 operation)
