An established fish processing plant in Atlantis on the West Coast, is looking to appoint a Senior Debtors Clerk to join their Financial Department.

Duties
• Perform daily financial transaction and recording accounts receivable data
• Monitor customer account details-follow up on outstanding payments
• Investigate and resolve client queries
• Generate monthly invoices and statements and send to customers
• Maintain customer documentation
• Review age analysis and prepare monthly debtors reports
• Open new accounts in accordance with Company policies
• Release procurement purchase orders
Requirements:
• Grade 12 and relevant qualification
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a Debtors environment
• Advanced Computer Literacy
• Accurate with strong attention to detail
• Excellent people skills
