Seeking a Senior Desktop Support Technician
Matric
Diploma in IT Support
Fluent in English & Afrikaans (Not negotiable)
Valid drivers license and own reliable vehicle (Not negotiable)

Purpose of the job
Minimum of 5 years unbroken experience in IT support
To provide corporate clients with desktop & server support, on site
Provide network support
Installations of hardware & software
Troubleshooting
Remote support

Requirements
Excellent communication skills in both English & Afrikaans
Presentable
Reliable and responsible
Trustworthy and honest
Excellent customer care skills

Salary: Negotiable between 15 000.00 to 17 000.00 p/m
Petrol Allowance
10% Commission on any sales of hardware and labour or profit for the company
Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 07:45 to 17:00
