  • MCSE / MCSA
  • A+ N+
  • Degree will be an added advantage
  • Own Transport
  • Desktop Support: 5 years
  • 5+ years in a desktop/helpdesk role in an enterprise environment
  • 3+ years of experience troubleshooting the Microsoft Office suite of products
  • 3+ years of experience configuration and troubleshooting of MS Exchange and Active Directory
  • 3+ years of experience troubleshooting Windows 7/8
  • 1+ years of experience as a team lead/mentoring others is an added advantage
  • Effective communication in English both written and verbal
  • Office 365 is an added advantage
