• Tertiary qualification (either a degree (BSc, B.Comm) or diploma,

Minimum Requirements:
• Delphi, Delphi XE (ideally Delphi, but if they prepared to move to Delphi XE that would be fine as well)
• Object Orientated Programming
• Database Design & SQL
• XML
• Thorough knowledge of MS Operating Systems

Additional:
• PHP, C#, Java, Mobile Development
• IT qualifications will help (e.g. A+, MCSE, etc)
