Providence Software Solutions is a leading software development firm providing technology solutions to a diverse
customer base.
Job Title: Senior Developer (SharePoint & ASP.NET)
Skills:
· 6 years applied experience in Microsoft SharePoint Services development (SharePoint certification
beneficial: 2010 or 2013).
· 8 years ASP.NET experience (Visual Studio 2010 or 2015).
· C#.Net, JavaScript, JQuery, Bootstrap (Responsive Design), CSS, Web Services/SOAP.
· Must at least have 10 years’ experience in database design and SQL (SQLServer preferred).
· Applied experience in Cloud solution development and implementation.
Responsibilities:
· To support mostly SharePoint development staff by performing back-end/server-side and integration
development.
· To troubleshoot, research, propose and develop “out-of-the-box” and/or best-practice solutions when the
need arises.
· To assists in performing development tasks on projects when time-lines may require additional resources.
· From time-to-time perform business-as-usual (BAU) tasks. These technical tasks are of a user support
nature.
· Familiarize yourself with other existing systems, their functionality and architecture.
· Stay current with regards to technological trends applicable to our area of expertise, advise, share your
knowledge and lead.
· Have a willingness to upskill yourself in a new technology or attend the necessary training, if a new
project requires the implementation thereof.
