Minimum Qualifications:
- Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or Information Systems.
- 5+ years Software Development experience and 2+ years’ experience as a Team Leader.
- Grade 12. Please provide Matric Certificate.
Skills Required:
- At least 5 years’ experience in developing information systems using Microsoft technologies.
- 2+ years Software Development Team Lead experience.
- 4 years Software Development experience using: ASP.NET, MVC, C#, VB.NET, SQL Server 2008, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, Ajax, JQuery, WCF, WPF, MVC, Entity Model, LINQ to SQL, LINQ to Entity, Angular Java Script, HTML, XML , XAML, WebAPI.
- SOLID SQL Server experience.
- Agile Software development (Scrum) and Test Driven Development (TDD) experience.
- Unit Testing.
- Agile and Consultancy background would be preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Analyse the Requirements of developing an Application provided by client.
- Prepare design for the Application as per requirements.
- Estimate duration for the same.
- Prepare Unit Test cases.
- Peer to peer code review.
- Direct interaction with clients regarding application issues.
- Experience on developing complex Workflows and knowledge on Approval Processes.
- Experience in automating complex business processes.
- Experience in monitoring and analysing event logs and fixing the issues permanently.
- Maintain these applications for any issues.
- Create stored procedure using SQL Server.
- Experience of working on development, QA and production environments.
- Work on data fixes for production support.
- Use Visual studio 2010 with TFS (team Foundation Server) as a code management tool.
- Involve in production support for all severity issues.
- Knowledge of MSMQ.
- Knowledge of Publisher and subscriber framework.
- Working on technical and functional knowledge management documents and sharing with the client and team.
- Weekly reporting to respective line managers for feedback and updates.
- Other ad-hoc tasks by management discretion.
Salary: R 55 000 – R 65 000 per month negotiable based on work experience and skill level.
