RedCat Recruitment is urgently seeking a suitably qualified and experienced SENIOR DEVELOPER for a national concern – position based in Sandton, Johannesburg.

The purpose of this position will be to maintain, audit and improve support systems by developing new solutions and reports and incorporating new technologies to meet organisational needs. This also involves testing software systems, diagnosing and resolving system faults. To ensure the performance, integrity and security of the database, which also involves planning and development of the database as well as troubleshooting any issues.

REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12.
Relevant qualification/s.
Strong knowledge and skill in C#, Java Script, and SQL programming languages.
Strong Microsoft Dynamic CRM customisation knowledge and skills.
Strong SSIS and SSRS skills.
Advanced database design knowledge and skills.
Advanced IT infrastructure knowledge and skills.
Strong IIS and Web technology knowledge and skills.
Basic Business Intelligence skills.
Systems Development
Updating, repairing, modifying and developing applications utilised by the Company.
Managing and optimising integrations between applications and other platforms.
Working closely with line manager to design and implement solutions for business problems.
Working closely with junior developers to deliver new solutions.
Working closely with the IT department to ensure development, test and production environments are running optimally.
Developing and testing new solutions and program changes.
Ensuring system integrity and compliance.
Database Administration
Administration of data using MS SQL Server.
Perform extraction, transformation and loading of data between systems.
Customisation of forms and entities on Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
Compiling and editing user documentation, administration documentation and technical documentation.
Ensuring performance, integrity and security of data at all times.
Ensuring that all databases are backed up and retrievable.
Methodical data cleaning, extraction and analysis.
Daily systems checks and maintenance.
Support - providing ad-hoc top level end-user support on applications.
Reports - assessing end user report requirements; creation of complex reports and overseeing the creation of basic reports by juniors.
Projects - participates in projects as required by the Company from time to time.

Salary package offered: - R35 000-00 per month (CTC)
