We are urgently looking for an experienced senior digital designer with experience in crafting top-level designs. You will offer superb designs for interactive projects, enjoy working as part of a collaborative team, and you will have a strong understanding of the technology that will power the work.

You will meet the following minimum requirements:

• Relevant Degree or Diploma
• Minimum of 5 - 6 years design working experience - digital design is a MUST
• Experience in CSS and HTML, XHTML
• Experience in design PSD
• Experience in Server scripting language such as JSF/ JSP/ ASP/ PHP
• Experience in jQuery would be a strong advantage
• Experience in Ruby on rails will also give you that extra edge over your competition

Your key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
• Producing strategic, conceptual ideas and translating them into great experience designs
• Having a strong interest in current digital technologies to produce transformative digital brand experiences.
• Working closely with fellow designers, UX and developers
• Producing work efficiently and in a qualitative manner.
• Pursuing individual professional development and yet able to nurture junior designers
• Managing your work from brief to completion.
• Operating with and communicating effectively among project management, tech and account management stakeholders

Location: Successful incumbent will primarily be based in Cape Town.
