Our client seeks to employ a Senior Divisional Finance Manager.

• Implement strong financial controls within the division
• Ensure accurate production stock controls are maintained, verification systems in place and reported on. 
• Control product costings, approval and reporting processes
• Manage inventory within the agreed values by procurement division.
• Implement strong processes and ensure financial control exists over tender & supplier evaluation.
• Submit weekly forecast and compile monthly management accounts and reports highlighting deviations to management
• Prepare and review annual budgetary process
• Ensure that there are no significant control weaknesses in the divisions with respect to the balance sheet and management accounts

Required Competencies and Skills:

• Tertiary qualification - BCom or equivelant/ CA (SA) qualification
• 5 - 8 Years Relevant Experience
• 3 years minimum experience as a Financial Manager
• Good written, verbal and reporting communication skills
• Strong Analytical skills
• Advanced computer skills (especially in MS Excel)
• Ability to work with diverse group of people
• Strong leadership skills
