Senior Electrical Engineer – Building Services JHB

Location: Sunninghill, JHB
Salary: R600kpa

Purpose of the Role:
Apply systems and processes in managing projects, clients and team/s. Design of electrical building services and Project Leader (electrical) responsibilities.

Requirements:
BTech or BSC in Electrical Engineering
PrTech Eng, Pr Eng or eligible for professional registration as Pr Tech Eng or Pr Eng
Minimum 5 years design experience in electrical and electronic building services projects.
Proven construction monitoring and contract administration.

Duties:
Electrical building services design (MV and LV)
Electrical building services design (fire detection, access control, CCTV, data, BMS etc.)
Prepare specification, tender and contract documents for construction work
Successfully plan, organize, manage and control projects
Bid and tender preparation and submission
Momentum fees
Effort/revenue variance
Training and mentoring of junior electrical staff
