One of Africa’s leading packaging firms is looking for a Senior Trade Tested Electrician to join their maintenance department with the aim of being groomed into a maintenance foreman position. You will be reporting to the maintenance and engineering manager, and will be responsible for electrical fault finding, PLC maintenance and programming, supervising junior staff and general maintenance on automated machinery. You will be expected to sign off COC’s.

Qualification:

Trade Test: Electrician (Red Seal)

Wireman’s license (advantageous)

Skills & Experience:

Electrical fault finding

PLC fault finding and programming experience

Previous experience on automated machinery

Previous FMCG experience

5+ years’ experience
