Requirements:
At least 4 years desktop support experience – third line preferable.
Windows 8 experience
Support experience in Office 2010
Setup and roll out of Office 2013
Thinkpad and Dell laptop experience
Working with a service desk and SLAs
Setting up and managing a rapid operating system and application deployment tool, like Ghost.
SCCM
Network printers
Skype video calls
Windows, Active Directory and Exchange environment.
A+, MCP in Windows 7 or Windows XP.

Duties:
Support internal clients’ desktop hardware, software and applications.
Provide remote desktop support to remote users.
Support and troubleshoot all smartphone synchronisation functions. This includes iPhones, blackberry enterprise, and Galaxy.
Provide assistance to end users on telephony and our VOIP solution.
Troubleshoot desktop issues
Management of all end user requests.
Own the new start and resignation processes from an IT perspective.
Establish and maintain an asset register of all desktops and relevant infrastructure.
Own desktop support related processes, including ordering and purchasing.
