We are looking for a Senior Engineer for one of our clients, a major ICT company. This particular client of ours has a strong reputation within the industry for offering a quality service. They are now looking for a passionate and energetic individual to join their dynamic team.

Successful candidate should be able to demonstrate ability to implement and support the technologies below; and be able to provide references to some of the projects they have been actively involved in taking a team lead position.

• Domain Migrations / Implementations
• Exchange migrations / Implementations
• Microsoft Terminal Services Implementations
• Citrix experience an added advantage
• VMWare Implementations
• SAN Implementations
• Ability to diagnose faults quickly and resolve
• Ability to troubleshoot LAN & WAN issues
• Report and update faults through the Service Desk
• Keeping customers up to date at all times
• Answering customers questions
• Good communication skills – both written and verbal
• Good documentation skills
• Able to work on own and under pressure
• Good time management and priority
• Professional working attitude
• Self-motivated and a natural drive to problem solve
• Be prepared to work overtime

Experience and Skill Requirements:

• Microsoft Windows Server 2003/2008/2012 – Implementation / Migration – Configure and Troubleshoot
• Exchange 2007/2010/2013 – Implementation / Migration – Configure and Troubleshoot
• WAN Technology (Cisco Routers, Riverbeds, Fortigate and Hard Firewalls) – Troubleshoot and have an understanding of WAN technologies
• VMWare/Hyper-V – Implementation /configuration and Troubleshoot
• Backup Exec – Implementation / Configuration and Troubleshoot
• Active Directory – Implementation / Administration, Configure and Troubleshoot
• Mimecast – Configure and Troubleshoot (If not experience have a basic understanding)
• Veeam Technology – Implementation / Configuration

Education / Qualifications:
• Post-secondary school education, relating to IT
• MCSE Qualification
• Any other IT/Network related qualifications or training
