Key responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
? Responsible for carrying out and at times leading assigned more complex diagnostic instrument/s technical post-sales support activities or
special projects (either Installation, de-installation, routine maintenance, emergency repair visits, modification and upgrades in accordance with
manufacturer specification, governing guidelines, department objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), policies or procedures (in
respect of those diagnostic instruments on which job incumbent has in-depth experience and is able to mentor junior FSEs)
? Adherence to Client Service Level agreement deliverables and department planning and activities roster (including timelines)
? Maintain high level of customer engagement throughout visit with regular updates and feedback to customer
? Prior to scheduled visit, plan for required boot/car stock (materials and equipment) and complete relevant warehouse requisition documentation

? Ensure adherence to relevant instrument's manufacturing standards for maintenance, installation and upgrading plans according to customer
needs
? Willingness to travel outside the boarders of South Africa
Reporting Lines:
? This position report to Team Leader
The successful candidate should be in possession of:
? National Diploma in Electrical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/Biomedical Technology or equivalent NQF level 6 qualification.
? B Tech Degree (in one of above disciplines) or related degree (NQF 7 level) qualification
? Min 2 years technical support services experience
? Valid driver’s licence
