Senior Finance & Administration Assistant/Teamleader -FP-ZAReports directly to Head of Finance & Administration – FP-ZAPackage Basic salary (R12,000 - R16,000 depending on experience) PLUS Medical Aid & Pension Duties:Ensure all financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies & procedures and/or to the FP South Africa policies & procedures Uphold and ensure data quality of all finance & administration recordsEnsure timely processing & reconciliation of creditors, debtors and cashbooks for FP South Africa entities Management & Communication:Proactive internal communication & connection with all FP-ZA entitiesManage & Supervise of the F& A TeamEnsure all reports are sent on Time Finance & AccountingMonthly Statement of Financial Position ledger reconciliations for all FP-ZA entitiesPreparing monthly Management Accounts with Variance AnalysisAssist with Budgeting Inventory managementProcess and/or Review full Cash book processing and reconciliation function for all FP-ZA entitiesProcess and/or Review full Accounts Payable function for all FP-ZA entitiesProcess and/or Review full Accounts Receivable function for all FP-ZA entities Process and/or Review Fixed Asset Register Handle Tax: – VAT, PAYE, SDL, UIF and file to SARS after review by HoFAPrepare Audit Packs and handle the audit processPlanning, realisation and controlling of the planning and budgeting for FP and Lionsrock at a national levelAccounting, preparing and inspecting of receipts for accountancyCost accounting at country levelFinancial reporting at country levelManaging of bank and insurances matters for the South African entitiesSubmission of PaymentsAuthorisation of PaymentsManage Twinfield (Web based Accounting Program)DepreciationVerify bank balanceObtain Lodge revenue from Semper (POS)Upload Lodge revenueMercantile donations: convert data in upload TWFAccrue supplier open items Obtain VIP dataApproval of JournalsNew Supplier AccountsManage CPSalary Accounting AdministrationMaintaining fleet management records in liaison with the Maintenance DepartmentSupervise Petty Cash ManagementAssist in Medical & Provident Fund administrationFacility management General acquisition (of needed office equipment) Minimum Job Requirements and SkillsCIMA Part Qualified/ Diploma/ Degree in Accounting & FinanceAt least two years’ experience handling full books to Trial Balance in a group setupPractical use of accounting software e.g Pastel Partner/ Evolution and Payroll experienceExcellent working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)Exceptional verbal & written communication skills Ability to perform balance sheet reconciliations
