Qualification:

Chartered Accountant (SAIPA qualification will be considered)

1-3 years post articles commercial experience preferred



Skills & Experience:

Exceptional attention to detail

Strong Forex – experience with foreign exchange transactions

Strong academic background (will be required to execute and an online psychometric assessment)

Ambitious, hard-working and kept abreast with world affairs and news

Effective prioritization, organizational skills and time management

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Previous law firm or financial services experience an advantage



Job Description:

Management accounts preparation/review.

Payroll review and sending funding requests.

Calculating and capturing bonus accruals.

Calculating and capturing deferred income.

Sundry Creditors, Sundry Debtors and Accruals reconciliation preparation.

Balance sheet accounts review (mainly Prepayments and Fixed assets).

FX Clearing accounts review.

Review of all bank reconciliations.

Intercompany accounts confirmations.

Management of the junior accountants.

Suggested improvements to the current internal control processes.

Quarterly Operations Board Finance pack preparation.

Annual financial reporting preparation for entities requiring an audit.

Annual invoicing.

Assisting the Head of Finance with the annual budgets.

Ensure bank accounts are adequately funded by Group.

Client account reconciliation and review.

WIP and Debtors review and reporting.

Fee-earner hours reporting.

Review of all bank reconciliations.

Intercompany accounts confirmations.
