Job Description
Knowledge and experience of relevant financial processes
Effective liaison with external auditors with regards to completed year-end audits
Provide support to the project teams, finance teams and business development teams, acting as the central point between the Finance function and other departments
Revenue recognition (GAAP)
Inventory accounting
Preparation of accruals and prepayment journal entries
Recording, classifying, analyzing, summarizing, allocating various alternative courses of action for the control of costs
Project follow-up, review, follow-up of gross margin (Maintain Open Order Book)
Stock follow-up and reconciliation
Preparation of monthly management reports
Preparation of cash flow forecast
Preparation of monthly activity report/timing plan
Support and preparation of budget process
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 6 - 8 years relevant finance / accounting experience in a Engineering or Manufacturing environment
SAP B1, MS Word, MS Excel Computer Literacy is required
Experience with project costs management, revenue recognition, general ledger, month end close processes and financial modelling
