Staff management experience. Excellent SHEQ implementation experience. Managing minor maintenance activities. Managing and executing minor maintenance projects. SHE compliance and procedure. Development of maintenance best practices strategies and standards. Initiate and manage optimisation interventions and maintenance projects. Coordinate with document control and change management functions. Engineering risk assessments. Managing of procedures and systems according to ISO-9001, 14001 and OSHAS 18001 standards. Involved in the maintenance activities in the mechanical environment, execution of maintenance activities, and solving equipment problems by applying first principles with regards to equipment mechanical functioning.. Knowledge of maintenance principles and best practices. Knowledge of planning management and leadership skills. Effective skills in root cause analysis tools.
