- Delivery of end to end projects
- Providing technical guidance and instruction to other members of the team
- Maintaining a high level of productivity and code quality
- Be able to work as part of a team without close supervision;
- Working with the Acting Project Lead to deliver successful projects
Required Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years software development experience
- 3+ year experience of JavaScript libraries and frameworks (e.g. jQuery, Angular)
- Experience of large-team development in integrated environments (e.g. Eclipse) using managed source control systems (e.g. Subversion, GIT)
- Experience in unit testing (Mocha, Jasmine)
- Expert knowledge of XHTML 1, HTML 5, cross-browser CSS (including CSS3)
- Industry-leading expertise in JavaScript (OO) and JavaScript applications
- Strong knowledge of code documentation and handover processes
- A high level of familiarity with server-side integration
- Strong understanding of accessibility; the standards, patterns and approaches that enable web access for all users, irrespective of browsing technology
- Agile / Scrum;JIRA / Confluence;Rake, Ant, etc; / / WebSockets / Grunt,Less / SASS,Client-side templating, (Handlebars, underscore) experience advantageous
