• 5 years exp.
• Advanced Java
• Analyse requirements and make recommendations i.e. junior to intermediate business analysis skills
• Choose appropriate technologies and architecture
• Bootstrap a project with a well-designed structure, tests, CI
• Develop application to production readiness
