Job Description:
Senior Functional Analyst : Oracle ERP HRMS and Payroll
Our client is in the health services space.

They are looking for a high level analyst to work with, manipulate and report data in terms of the HR side of the business.

This role is also focused on making sure that the system is being used to full benefit, that changes are made regularly to keep up with changes in technology and to make sure all staff are trained up and able to make good use of the system.

Job Description:

Insure optimal performance of the system
Research and make sure the company is up to date with technology
Coach and assist staff to full utilization of the system
Insure system related incidents and matters are recorded (using correct methodology)

Experience Required:

3 year HR / Payroll related qualification
5 years' experience relevant business / IT Oracle experience
5 years' experience in Oracle HR and Payroll
Excellent functional Oracle ERP knowledge
Knowledge of Oracle implementation methodology
Problem solving and analytical skills
Own vehicle and valid drivers licence.
Benefits:

R650 000.00 - R750 000.00 CTC depending on level of experience
