Persona Staff is looking for a Portfolio Manager, specializing in Employee Benefits trustee service. This is permanent position based in Bellville. If you have a passion for excellent client service with front office exposure, then this position is for you.

Requirements:
• Matric Certificate / Grade 12 Certificate.
• Relevant Retirement fund related qualification.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience working with Employee Benefits funds.
• Experience working in a front office liaison capacity with trustees and Principal Officers.
• Advanced Word and Excel Experience.
• Experience with minutes taking, using various investment vehicles.
• Experience working with section 37C of Pension Fund Act.
• Excellent working knowledge of Adjudicator determinations and case law in this regard.
• Experienced in Technical aspects in the retirement fund industry.
• Client service orientated is required.
• High level of accuracy.

KPA’s:
• Assist and compile trustee meeting agendas.
• Attend Trustee meeting and typing of minutes.
• Assist with Section 37C Death Claim Investigations.
• Assist with technical queries and adjudicator complains.
• Provide support service between client and service provider.
• Support role to Principle Officers.

Salary: Market related CTC, including benefits, will be offered.

Working hours: 8am-5pm (Monday –Friday)
