JOB OBJECTIVE
To provide a high standard of administrative support to enable the GRV team to work within a framework of GRV. To coordinate the GRV policy ensuring that all clients and stakeholders have a high-quality experience.
To ensure effective administrative support to the GRV Manager and the GRV function. Maintenance of GRV overall

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• collaborate with procurement staff to list expected deliveries
• Act as first point of contact for day to day inquiries in relation to FTV
• Update procedures, practices, and systems
• Maintain and update the GRV area within the Staff intranet system
• Generate updates on observation status to the GRV manager as and when required
• All duties must be carried out to comply with Health and Safety at Work Act, Acts of Parliament, Statutory instruments and regulations, other legal requirements and nationally agreed codes of practice
• Looks for ways to improve and promote quality
• Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness.
• Comply with quality, GMP and ISO standards.
• Maintain performance monitoring charts for different aspects of the GRV process as required
• Perform all tasks to a high standard to meet operating procedures and codes of conduct
• Applies feedback to improve performance
• Monitors own work to ensures quality
• To undertake personal assistant duties for the GRV Manager and to support in the driving forward of the Quality improvement strategy
• Maintain accurate complaints and compliments database to enable to investigate effectively
• Proactively and reactively dealing with complaints and compliments to resolve any issues in accordance with the complaints and compliments policy
• To ensure effective reporting of complaints and compliments to show a positive impact on training
• To undertake any other duties commensurate with the role, at the discretion of the GRV Manager
• Manages difficult or emotional customers situation
• Responds promptly to customer needs
• Solicits customer feedback to improve service
• Responds to requests for series and assistance

• Plans response to queries, product requirements quantities and customer service daily among other requirements.

• Demonstrate and promote a proactive commitment to health and safety, well-been and the environment whilst complying with all laws and company policies
• Meets GRV department financial objectives complying to requirements; initiating and participating in corrective actions.
• Cost consciousness- Works within approved budget;
• The post holder is not a budget holder however, the post holder will be required to observe and comply with the financial regulations.

• Any combination of training and education
• Extensive knowledge or prior experience working with customs documentation, Pastel and Syspro.

• Great communication and interpersonal abilities
• A keen eye for detail
• Good physical condition
• Matric.
• Any tertiary education will be beneficial.
