Our Client, a tourism company specializing in destination management, travel services and accommodation, is currently seeking a Senior Groups and FIT Consultant for their UK Division. Resilience and being able to provide excellent customer service is of the utmost importance for this position.


Requirements:
• Self-Motivated
• Pays attention to detail and takes control of his/her files
• Experience in ‘cradle to grave’ FIT’s and Groups
• Works well under pressure
• Willing to conform to departmental and company standards
• Needs to be able to produce detailed costing and itineraries
• Client and supplier liaison with excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships
• Good team player

Qualifications:
• Matric plus travel qualification (degree, diploma, certificate) although not essential

And or Experience:
• Minimum of 4 years or more working experience with FIT’s and Groups in the inbound industry

Skills Required:
• A very good knowledge of Southern Africa is essential
• Extensive SA and Regional product knowledge
• Experience in groups and tailor-made FIT’s
• Word/Excel/Outlook essential
• Tourplan experience is advantageous

Salary:
• R20 000 – R22 000pm
