Senior Helpdesk Engineer required at one of the leading providers of Cloud contact center software in SA.

Requirements:
• Candidate must have an understanding of Voice Technology in call centres
• Must have previous experience working with IP Infrastructure - Non Negotiable
• SQL Experience writing queries and building reports for call centres
• 3 - 5 Years + experience
• Must be able to work on a telephony system and platform
• Must have matric
• MCSE OR CCNA
• Own vehicle and valid driver’s license
