Requirements:
BCom Degree/ BTech in Psychology and or Human Resources or equivalent
3-5 years experience within and HR Generalist role
Sound knowledge of Labour Legislation
Must have managed projects and drive HR initiatives
Experience in managing organisational change initiatives
