at least 6 Years Generalist experience gained in the Financial Services Industry, of which 2 Years should be at Management Capacity and be a registered Psychometrist or Industrial Psychology

Required:
Honours Degree in HR or Industrial Psychology
6 Years Generalist experience gained in the Financial Services Industry
2 Years Management experience gained in a Human Resources environment
