Senior HR engineering Skills Development Trainer - JHB
Must have a Bachelor’s degree in training and development (Human Resources)
Must be a Qualified SDF - skills development Trainer
Must have 5-8 years’ experience training in an Engineering Environment/company is essential
Must have a Minimum 5 years’ experience gained in designing and delivering corporate training programs and leadership development programs
5 years’ experience conducting needs assessments and performance gap analysis required
Must have excellent administration and facilitation skills. experience gained
Ensure enhancement of employee skills, performance, productivity and quality of work.
Identify, develop, manage various learning initiatives that facilitate skills development, leadership development and employee retention. Overall development of the L&D function that includes legislative and statistical reporting and ensures compliance.
