Client seeks a senior Generalist to join their team based in Wadeville. Candidate requires own transport in order to travel to sites in the JHB area. Degree essential – preferably HR and IR qualification. 10- 15 years experience required in the following: recruitment and selection (possibly psychometrics experience), organizational development, IR (including arbitration preparation , CCMA and bargaining council attendance), EE reporting, training and development etc. Candidate must be communicative and able to do presentations at EXPO level.
