Senior HVAC Project Manager, Roodepoort, R30 > R40k pm neg.

You must have a minimum of 5 years working experience as a HVAC Project Manager, having done engineering, duct pressure calc, pipe sizing, equipment selections (fans, ahu’s, chillers, mcp’s and controls).
Shop-drawing engineering and detailing with draftsman.
Equipment take-offs, material submittals, equipment orders and project cost control.
Design of systems and drawings.
Tender documentation and applications.
Testing, commissioning and certification of systems and equipment.
SA citizenship is a key requirement for this position.
Must be residing in Gauteng.
