Duties include:Professional servicing of clientsCreative, out-of-the-box approach to planning and designing of itinerariesProactive selling of products and services, ensuring the best possible safari for clientsProcessing of reservations from quote stage to finalising – this includes reservations, invoicing and travel documentsExpanding product knowledge through attending training and educationals Requirements include:3-5 years’ experience as an inbound travel consultantA good knowledge of Southern Africa destinations – including South Africa, Zimbabwe, Namibia, Botswana, Mozambique as well as Mauritius and SeychellesGreat communication skillsCalm and professional approach with both suppliers and clients The package on offer is negotiable depending on experience and includes a generous basic plus commission.
