Looking for a Senior Incentives Consultant for an Inbound Tour Company

Education and experience:
Matric with Maths (at least standard grade) and Computer Literate (Microsoft office, email, internet)
Proven English literacy – read, write and speak fluently
Excellent working knowledge of Excel
8 years in the travel and tourism industry, specializing in incentive inbound tourism
Experience in handling customer relationships and developing & promoting product
Experience in handling customer relationships

Additional Education /Experience:
Tertiary certificate in Travel & Tourism and certificate in management practices
Working knowledge of TourPlan or similar booking/operating system
In depth knowledge of Southern Africa, specifically Cape Town, Sun City, the bush (Kruger & Sabi Sand) and Zambia
Knowledge of Botswana, Mozambique, Mauritius, Namibia, Kenya & Tanzania an added advantage
Personal or educational travel experience
